We are proud to announce that our outstanding champion Goldie is pregnant and has 3-4 puppies in the oven! CH Goldie has been bred to our fantastic Huckleberry/Skye son CH Starlit Mesa Falco Heart. Falco is co-owned and dearly loved by Iva Oran, he resides in her loving home. We were lucky to have him come for a visit and a quick marriage to our beautiful Goldie, thanks so much to Iva for making that happen for us.
We have also bred our beautiful CH Cooper/Madly daughter Maggie May to Nate, our Canadian import from LaSalle French Bulldogs. Nate was bred by Tracy James who is a top breeder from Canada, her dogs are excellent. We had a superb litter from this pair last year so have repeated the breeding. We will get pregnancy confirmation later this month.
We are also at this writing breeding our precious Chelsea Belle to our handsome CH Cooper/Madly son Preston, they also had a fantastic litter for us last year so we repeated the breeding. We will be confirming pregnancy in about 5 weeks.
Our last Spring breeding will be from our CH Cooper/Candy daughter Lollipop, she will be bred to our exciting handsome Mack Attack. Mack is from the breeding of CH Goldie and CH Biggie last year. Biggie was bred by Chandra Fabrizius.
If you are interested in getting on our wait list, please inquire. When making the joyful investment of adding a French bulldog to your family, best quality guaranteed puppies are NOT readily available. A wise buyer will shop carefully for both a breeder and a puppy.
We do not ever sell puppies before we have had plenty of time to temperament test them and see how their personalities develop. It's important when adding a puppy to your family that you get the kind of puppy that will fit in and is compatible with your lifestyle. For example, it takes a certain temperament in a puppy to adapt to a home with small children, likewise a highly active puppy is not a good choice for a more sedentary family. When breeders sell puppies at a few days old, before knowing WHO they are, they can be setting a puppy up for failure. This should never happen. Any breeder who worries about getting puppies sold within the first few weeks of life is a breeder to avoid. One of the common reasons that puppies end up in rescues and shelters is because they were not compatible with their new families. At Startlit Mesa, we are careful to match the right puppy with the right family. We also, as part of our sales contract, demand that any client who can't keep their Starlit Mesa Frenchie for any reason, must return that doggie back to us. Our commitment to our puppies is for their lifetime.
We maintain a wait list for potential clients, getting a puppy from us is a process, we want to know about you and your lifestyle to make sure that you are a good fit for one of our babies. Frenchies are wonderful dogs but they aren't for everyone, it's critical to do your research and homework to make sure that you understand the needs and limitations of this breed.
We are happy to answer any breed questions, our adults are thoroughly health tested and our puppies are fully guaranteed, all are sold with written contracts. We become partners with our clients and take pride in being there to help them raise their puppy.
